Product Description:

The DXL 300 Series is a compact Surfactant Dispenser which provides KerfAid Dicing Surfactant into the cutting water stream during wafer saw dicing or other processing operation that uses a continuous water supply.

The DXL 300 Series Surfactant Dispenser is designed to reduce the footprint of the dispenser, thus reducing the impact on the production area floor space. A wide range of dilution ratios are provided to accommodate various saw dicing environments. The DXL 300 Series Surfactant Dispenser easily retrofits to any dicing saw and requires minimal installation or operation effort.
