- ScrubCLEAN® ist ein speziell entwickelter Schleifschwamm für die Reinigung von verhärteten Rückständen auf kratzempfindlichen Tools und Komponenten wie CMP-Tools, Heizelementoberflächen, Metall-/Polyester-Masken, Oberflächen von Dichtungen, Kunststoff- und Glasflächen.
- Im Gegensatz zu gängigen, aus Fasern bestehenden Scheuerschwämmen, bestehen ScrubCLEAN®-Schleifschwämme aus Kunststoffpartikeln und Polyurethanpolymer, wodurch sie sich ideal für Anwendungen eignen, bei denen es auf die Reduzierung der durch Schleifen der Oberflächen entstehenden Partikel und Fasern ankommt.
