- CleanWIPE wurde für die Herstellung von kontaminationsfreien und partikelfreien Medizinprodukten entwickelt.
- Im Gegensatz zu marktüblichen „fusselfreien“ Tüchern ist CleanWIPE aufgrund Polyurethanschaumkonstruktion tatsächlich fusselfrei.
- Die einzigartige offenporige Konstruktion führt zu einer sehr großen Oberfläche, die es dem Operater ermöglicht, Partikelverunreinigungen mit einer Größe von bis zu 750 Mikrometern effizient zu reinigen.
- Die Kombination aus großer Oberfläche, offenen Zellen und einem weichen, anpassungsfähigen Schaum macht CleanWIPE ideal zum Reinigen und Desinfizieren von Arbeitsflächen und medizinischen Geräten.
- Die schwammartigen Eigenschaften von CleanWIPE ermöglichen es dem Bediener, die Menge an IPA, die an eine Oberfläche abgegeben wird, fein abzustimmen, um schwer zu entfernende Materialien wie Epoxide und Silikone wesentlich effizienter zu reinigen.
- Um den Anforderungen an Medizinprodukte der Klasse 3 gerecht zu werden, werden CleanWIPEs in einem Reinraum der ISO-Klasse 5 mittels eines speziellen Verfahren gewaschen.

- Assured Quality. CleanWIPE foam wipers are produced, washed, and packaged in an integrated ISO class 5 facility that employs a ISO 13485 quality system. All products are LOT tested and traceable to raw materials.
